NVC Processing

After USCIS Approves the I-130:
Application, they will send your application to the National
Visa Center (NVC) to pay your Fees and submit. Required supporting documents.

From Petitioner
1, Birth Certificate
2, US Citizenship Certificate/ Green card ( If married from both)
3. Social security number
4, Last five years job details
5, Phone number & Email Address
6, Income Tax return last 3 years
7, If you have saving, checking account or own real property please write how much $$
8. Petitioner Photo ID (If married Spouse ID Needed)
9. Petitioner Recent paystub or Job Latter
10. Petitioner w2 or 1099 form

If your income is not enough for sponsor your beneficiary you can submit co-sponsor. for co-sponsor require documents same as petitoner
